When Receiving Your Product
Before signing the shipping report, please check your product's box for any damage or issues. If there is any damage or missing packaging, or if the box's tape has come loose, please return your box without signing any delivery documents and request a report be prepared by the courier. If you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be shipped to you immediately. If you receive a product with a damaged box or missing content, we are not responsible for any damage or missing items.
